Aging and Stress
"Aging and stress build a mind that interferes with our health and well-being. Time accumulates something that gradually inhibits our life potential and leads to the vicious cycle of aging. The amount of thoughts and the level of well-being in an individual are two diametrically opposed factors. The mind is the key to regulating how well we feel. When no thoughts are present, the level of well-being is highest. When the level of well-being is very poor, the number of thoughts is extraordinary."
